Tear Trough Under Eye Filler

This beauty came to Beyond Esthetics hoping to look more awake and refreshed. She enjoys going makeup-free so her freckles aren't hidden, but felt she had to use so much concealer to cover up her dark and tired circles. She has allergies which also causes the tissue under and around her eyes to swell when she's having seasonal allergies so we wanted to make sure we were treating conservatively and not overcorrecting; so we filled the tear trough to treat the volume loss and added in an eye cream to decrease the puffiness and pigment. This after photo is about a month post-treatment with proper medical-grade skincare.
